There was a car I was very interested in however, for reasons having nothing to do with the dealer or sales rep, I decided to cancel my order. That said, my experience was a great one! I was working with Chloe Kotzer on the deal. Chloe is a pro in every aspect of the word. Traits that come to mind are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and she possesses a great sense of humor. She was more than understanding about my interest and then with my reasons for cancelling. She's the best!
