He told me about their Memorial Day weekend and made some time for us to come in. JJ and Terrence worked together to ensure we were always taken care of. Terrence was patient and showed us every vehicle we asked about. They asked us questions to ensure they understood what was important to us and then worked hard to find it for us. Jazmine was our finance guru and even though we had already secured great financing, she managed still to get us a better deal. We walked out thrilled with our purchase and our experience. Jason was a great representative for Camelback Toyota. He is very kind and attentive. He has a positive attitude and I think he’s honest. Jason did a great job taking over for another sales rep (Brent) who started the initial transaction process, but couldn’t finish it. This was a hiccup, but eventually they ironed it out and I was on my way. Jason was right there giving me updates on the process as they worked through it. I travelled by plane from Sacramento to buy a used car. I’m not a high roller dropping a bunch of cash on a big ticket auto. They had a hard to find used car that I was willing to travel some distance to purchase. I think they treated me as well as any big spender, even though I’m a little spender. I’m very happy with the purchase. The car performed flawlessly on my 750 mile drive home to Sacramento. Thank you Jason! More
