Josh Literally tried telling me I needed pre approved before a test drive and then rushed the test drive not only that he tried basically getting me to buy the car before I even had a chance to drive it, extremely rude especially if they know you are not buying a car THAT EXACT DAY, the tone and demeanor I was talked to just made me want to walk out the dealership but I wanted to test drive the car, however if I knew he would literally rush me (we were in the car for like 2 minutes lol) I would’ve gone somewhere else, highly recommend not going thru josh when going thru this dealership, not sure how everyone else is, spend your money elsewhere! More

The Dealership itself is very clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The people are what make it. I love that as soon as you walk in and there is a desk and immediately greeted. The management team to the GM are also out in the open and not hiding in an office and are super friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel like I was being sold to and the sharks were swimming. It was very relationship and customer service-based. I can not say enough about how great this dealership team is from Eric the GM, to the best sales consultant, Josh, to the help from Dustin, manager and the great work in finance by Xavier. thank you all so much! More

Took my business to Ed Martin Toyota after discovering online the vehicle I ultimately purchased. All of the people I worked with at Ed Martin were knowledgeable and friendly and just generally good to wo online the vehicle I ultimately purchased. All of the people I worked with at Ed Martin were knowledgeable and friendly and just generally good to work with through the vehicle purchasing process. There are several areas I could nit pick, but overall I was satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle I was most interested in buying. Ed Martin Toyota conducts their business in a thorough and professional way and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to buy from them in the future. Suggestions for future improvement would be for the dealership to provide some additional focus for their older customers who may not be as technically savvy. Newer vehicles have an amazing array of beneficial improvements, but only if you know how to use them. An opportunity to attend a class or seminar to learn how to usefully take advantage of all the technology available to you in your newer Toyota vehicle would be a competitive game changer. More

He did a great job showing me the truck I was interested in and compared it against other models. He gave me and my wife space with frequent check ins to keep forward momentum. He successfully 'up sold' me and my wife on the TRD pro lift and protective coating after showing us another customer's sold truck. I walked out of Ed Martin having spent $91k on a truck, thrilled about it, and happy. That takes serious salesmanship and professionalism. If Josh wasn't already so established in his current role and career path, I'd try to steal him for my own business! More
