Worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with they asked for a deposit to hold vehicle while they ran credit for financing and won’t return my deposit and never gave me a price for finance. We were unsure how comfortable we felt purchasing a car through A Better Way but I must say that Emmanuel was really helpful. He had the car for us ready to look at when we arrived. We gave Better Way a through A Better Way but I must say that Emmanuel was really helpful. He had the car for us ready to look at when we arrived. Horrible service department! Purchased a car and picked it on December 27th, check engine light came on 2 days later.....the car has been back 3 times for several issues. The Purchased a car and picked it on December 27th, check engine light came on 2 days later.....the car has been back 3 times for several issues. They kept the car for 2 weeks minimum each time and never fixed the issue. They don't communicate the diagnosis or work done. When I called John for help dealing with the service issues, he couldn't be bothered. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them, they are lacking in professionalism, honesty and service!
