Nelson is so responsive and works hard to find precisely the vehicle I wanted and at a great price. I did a trade-in this time and was completely satisfied with the trade-in value he was able to negotiate. Knowing how hard it is to get new cars in the current market (and a high-in-demand Prius at that!) we were delighted by how quickly and efficiently the process worked--well before I expected the "supply chain" to work in my favor.
