From the first phone call with Renato until completing the sale was absolutely above expectations. He was extremely helpful and it was probably one of the smoothest transactions in purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. He was pleasant and courteous and as a business owner myself dealing with public relations he was five star professional and knowledgeable. The vehicle was better than described and was exactly what I was looking for. I could not be happier. Working with Renato, Eddie, and any other of the staff was more than a 100% satisfying experience. They had several to choose from in the production year she was interested in with the options she desired. Their pricing was competetive and in some cases beat the competion hands down. the down payment necessary was not out of line and the financing was better than anything I anticipated. (Beat a lot of "Pirate dealerships" in the region) The car rides great, the deal is manageable for the budget and I STRONGLY recommend you check them out before you close a deal with any other dealership in New Jersey! Ask for Akin when you come in. He has an easy going demeanor and NEVER pressures you during the visit. If there is a deal to be made, he will find it! More

If I could give NO Stars I would. 7 weeks ago I purchased a 2015 BMW 328i from this dealer and was so excited. I felt like wow they care, these cars are nice. Well I was so wrong. I believe they call it the CHRISTMAS TREE OF LIGHTS! From oil needing to be changed, tires bad, front sensor trashed, rear brakes needing replacement, issues with stereo, front wipers...like xxx! You call and get placed on hold and no one ever picks up the call in service department. RUN AWAY! Let’s also add how my mother in law was with me and on the same day purchased a 2020 Jeep and is having transmission issues along with 5 other faults. Luckily she got given a warranty where she is able to take it to JEEP dealer to fix. More
