USED CAR DEALER took care of my problems My sales experience was good. They had a car that looked good at a good price. My problem started about 60 days later. I had a puddle under the car o My sales experience was good. They had a car that looked good at a good price. My problem started about 60 days later. I had a puddle under the car one morning and when I drove it to work it started smoking in the parking lot. I have a garage at work and all the mechanics said it was not safe to drive and not to drive it anywhere When the car was checked out they found the ac condenser, the radiator, and the front bumper were damaged from a previous accident. I had the repairs done at my expense and then drove to Absolute to discuss the repairs with Mark, but he wasn't there, twice. The Absolutes mechanics did look at the old parts I saved and confirmed the damage was done before I bought the car. Because I could not safely drive the car and had the repairs done somewhere else they said Mark would contact me. Mark has never returned my calls or contacted me to discuss these repairs but instead sent me a letter asking me to rate his dealership and refer others to him. I can't comment on his repairs but I am filling out his survey. UPDATE Mark did contact me and took care of all my problems. I am satisfied with his resolution and the unfortunate miscommunications we had. More

We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Ely throughout our purchase. Joe was very helpful in answering questions and putting the whole deal together. There was no pressure whatsoever, which was awesome! Several things needed to be done to the Jeep for it to pass inspection, so I had the opportunity to deal with the people at the Brockton location. They were wonderful as well - fixed everything (of course at no cost to us) immediately and my daughter has been smiling ever since!!
