Great Service when buying new car I had been to a few other dealerships and was not impressed with the style of sales/customer service. Going to Amesbury Chev was refreshing - Kelcey w I had been to a few other dealerships and was not impressed with the style of sales/customer service. Going to Amesbury Chev was refreshing - Kelcey was made us feel very comfortable and took the time to explain our options of buying/leasing in detail. We also appreciated that he was not pushy at all. When buying previous cars, finance was unmemorable. That is not the case at Amesbury Chevrolet. Karyn honestly made the experience. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and the staff at Amesbury Chevrolet superseded all of my expectations. Kelsey (sales) and Ralph(manager) were amazing! They broke everything down and gave me options to work with. When we hit a small speed bump Ralph went above and beyond and made it all work out. I don’t believe 5 stars is enough! The car buying process with Amesbury Chevrolet was so smooth it was hard to believe it occurred. No stress or frustration. I highly recommend buy/leasing a vehicle from them.
