Excellent work performance. Poor customers service response . I called on two separate occasions to ask for an update report of the findings and ETA for completion of repairs. We would rate Andrew, our sales person at a 10. We did have to make 4 trips before management actually worked with us on the price, so the overall rating would drop to 7.
