Working with Kelly was AWESOME! She responded very quickly to my inquiry through this website, and I was able to make an appointment within a couple of days to go in. From the moment I arrived, everyone at the dealership was friendly and supportive. Kelly was funny and engaging and I absolutely loved working with her. I had a few parameters for a vehicle, and she intuitively picked out some additional models based on what I wanted, and she was spot on. I had a hard stop for another appointment, and she was able to help me select a vehicle, get the trade-in value for my car, and through finance well before my stop time. Before I left, she helped me set up the features in my new car so I left feeling 100% confident. A couple of days later, I was not officially enrolled in some features and she called me and walked me through it until I was completely set up. I would highly recommend Kelly - she is amazing, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and efficient! More
