Bad Experience BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a car in the summer of 2017, and it was a stressful but ultimately somewhat satisfying experience. I believe the salesm BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a car in the summer of 2017, and it was a stressful but ultimately somewhat satisfying experience. I believe the salesman did everything he could. I still had to go through all of the wasted time of haggling back and forth, but I would have still recommended them. My situation is with service after the sale. I received a call from someone in service. Not sure who it was, but I returned the call and no one had any idea about it. I thought no problem. But when I asked to talk to the manager Jay, he was very rude and uncaring. He behaved as if I were bothering him. From the beginning, his response upon receiving the call was "hello" followed by my response of "hello". The conversation remained silent, as I followed up by asking his name and his position, which clearly annoyed him. He offered no help and was quite indifferent on the matter. I am left sitting here wondering what to do! More
