I drove a variety of vehicles on the lot as customers came and went; and yet I never felt pressured to make up my mind; nor did the dealer ever try to push me into a particular car. Mr. Piatt was patient answering my questions and in general I actually enjoyed myself. When I did decide on what kind of vehicle I wanted, Ryan went out of his way to find it for me.
