I Contacted Jeremy online first then had him call me and we talked. I found him friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Even though he was at the Ford dealership he got me all the information I needed on the Kia Optima I called about within a brief period of time. Every question was thoroughly and meticulously answered until I felt complete confidence that I was getting an excellent deal from and excellent sales person and so my wife and I bought the Kia that day! We spent a surprisingly short and pleasant time finishing the paperwork and financial part of the deal the next day with Guy Johnson who explained each form in a very easy to understand manner. After that Jeremy took us through a hands on briefing of the Kia's controls and we were happily on our way. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

I AM NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT LIKES TO BE PUSHED AROUND. I TOLD MR. TAYLOR THAT WHEN WE FIRST MET. ANTHONY UNDERSTOOD THAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR BECAUSE OURS WAS TOTALED.
