I have given Anderson Ford a 5 in every category based on our most rescent purchase. Jeremy spent time looking for us the perfect car, and when he couldn't find exactly what we wanted he helped us to order o our most rescent purchase. How awesome it that, having a car we picked the features made for us! Jeremy was excellent with communication, emailed us with updates with what was going on with our car. It took 5 weeks to get, but was worth the wait! I would highly recommend working with Jeremy, we will see him again when we need another new car! Guy was the finance man, he helped us to see different options and was very helpful. It is very important to us to keep money in Saint Joseph, we are a small community and feel like spending large amounts of money out of town is hurting the town. It is awesome to have a local dealer that is so helpful and able to get us exactly what we want! More

Ryan was very helpful and was able to find the car I wanted. Only issue I had was with the service department. I had an issue with the front end pulling to the right. When I got there Ryan and I were told we would have to wait 1 hour for this certain guy to get back from lunch. There were 4 guys just sitting around so I did not understand why we had to wait 1 hour. They were not very service oriented. However, Ryan was able to get me a loaner car which I appreciated. More

I originally went to Anderson Ford to ask a question about service for my previous car, while there I ran into Ryan Piatt. After answering all of my questions, he then asked if I would be interested in about service for my previous car, while there I ran into Ryan Piatt. After answering all of my questions, he then asked if I would be interested in looking for something different. I had no intentions of purchasing a different vehicle, but I let Ryan show me a few different options. After we narrowed it down to a couple options in my price range we went and test drove them. Ryan gave me a full review of each vehicle from top to bottom and had an answer for every question I had! He was able to show me that getting something different would be affordable! A 30 minute visit turned into a 3 hour visit and next thing I know I had the keys to a 2009 Dodge Charger in my hand! I can't thank Ryan and all the people at Anderson Ford enough for all their help!
