When I was looking for a used vehicle on the internet I came across one at Anderson Ford of St. Joseph. I entered some Info on there website Ben responded in a timely fashion. As for the vehicle I was intrested in another one in the same price range which was absolutly what I was looking for in a vehicle with all the features & more .. Purchased a new car and the experience was awesome - treated like family - explained everything about our car. I started looking for a certain Ford Edge and Anderson Ford had exactly what I wanted on their website. I sent an email and was contacted back by Benjamin McGary the internet salesman telling me the Edge Ford had exactly what I wanted on their website. I sent an email and was contacted back by Benjamin McGary the internet salesman telling me the Edge would be delivered in 10 days, but I could drive up to St. Joseph(I live in Kansas City, KS) and go over some numbers to see if things would work out. I drove up that evening and met with Ben and we went over the numbers and I bought the vehicle that night!! There was never any pressure and I felt very comfortable working with this dealership. When the vehicle came in 10 days later, Ben took the time to show my wife and I all the features and even set up our Synch account. We worked with Stanley Smallwood on the financing and there was no pressure for an extended warranty or the dealer add-ons they always pressure you to buy so they can make money. Overall, this was a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!! More
