I went to the Anderson looking for a specific car. I test-drove two vehicles and felt absolutely no pressure in deciding on which car I purchased. I've been to dealerships that "snag" you as soon as you get out of your car and continuously hound you about which vehicle they think you should buy. I am very happy to say that I felt quite the opposite about Anderson. They are there to sell vehicles, but they also listened to all of my questions and answered those questions very thoroughly. I costantly felt at ease with the entire staff. The Sales Advisor I dealt with always treated me with respect and constantly gave me the best options for what I wanted. The New Car Manager, Seth Bryant, was also very helpful when finding the vehicle I wanted. It was difficult the find the exact car I was looking for, but the fault was not theirs. The other dealerships were the difficult part. I received my car a few days later than was anticipated, but I have been nothing but happy with it. The team at Anderson was nothing short of helpful, gracious, and very understanding throughout the time spent dealing with them. When something didn't go the way we thought it would, they made every attempt to make it right and beyond that. I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. More

I went to Anderson Ford without the intention of actually buying a truck on the first day. I had called before and talked to Jeremy and told him what I was looking for. They got me more than expected for my trade-in and also combined another loan into it so I would be able to afford the truck I wanted. I would recommend this dealership and these guys to everyone. I could not make up my mind as to what I wanted and Ryan was very patient and asked about what type of payment I was looking for and so forth. It ended up that I traded in a vehicle for my spouse instead of mine and Ryan was very patient as we went through a search process that probably lasted 2 to 3 weeks. My overall experience was one if not the best experiences I have had buying a car. From Ryan all the way to the Finance manager, everyone was very friendly and eager to help. I will recommend Anderson and especially Ryan Piatt to everyone looking for a car. Anderson will be my next stop when I need to purchase my next vehicle. More

Ryan was very attentive to our needs. He worked hard with his supervisor to get the price we wanted, to the point his supervisor actually came out I guess just to get a look at who Ryan was dealing with.
