The service was great from Ben and Ron. I felt like they were trying their best to get me in a car that I would love and that I could afford. My truck that my daughter was driving broke down near St Joe. She called into the dealership and they got her in that day and by the next day the truck was fixed. While they were replacing the turbo, she asked if they had any used trucks for sale. They didn't have any at the store, but Gene looked on the internet and found one in Lincoln. He sent a driver to get it and by that afternoon she was able to test drive it. Gene made a call to me and we dealt with all the pricing/trade, etc over the phone. He was very helpful, honest and considerate of both of us. My daughter is 22, but they took her seriously from the start. When working with Guy in finance he again was very helpful and considerate. Because of their excellent customer service, I looked to them again a month later when I was in need of another 1 ton pickup for my snow plowing business in Minnesota. Again they proved to be excellent to work with, gave me time to decide as all I had was pictures from the internet. When we made the deal and they made all the arrangements and delived the truck up to me in Minnesota, once again it was the truck they promised it to be. Remember, I basically bought that one sight unseen. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and these two employees were excellent professional and considerate people. More

We went to Anderson Ford to look and possibly test drive a new vehicle. We really had no intension of buying a new vehicle that day. But with the help of Ryan Piatt he found us the perfect vehicle and mad a new vehicle. We really had no intension of buying a new vehicle that day. Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding in what our needs were and assured us that we were important to Anderson Ford. Once he had found us the right vehicle and made sure that we were pleased with his findings, he turned us over to Stan Smallwood for the financing. Stan was also very helpful and explained everything that we needed to know to finalize the deal. Everyone at the dealership made us feel like we were long time customers. We are sure that with the help of these two people and they way that others at the dealership treated us, we will certainly continue to do business with this dealership in the years to come. On the day that we went to pick up our vehicle and finalize everything we noticed that the air conditioning in the dealership was not working, the employees at Anderson Ford were very eager to appologize for the discomfort but this did not change their attitudes or ability to close our deal. This goes to show that when you have the finest people working for you they can certainly work under any circumstances. This was the best experience we have had with a dealership. They weren't high pressure and were very fair and honest. Never purchased there before and had a great experience. Was able to get financing laid out before I arrived and spent less than an hour for delivery. We were only provided good customer service when we arrived, after that we were made promises that were not kept and were not treated with respect or updated on the progress of our vehicle. When a potential client was present we had to wait so she could try to make another sale. We were told a demo vehicle would be waiting on us Monday morning we had to call to chceck on it, we were tol it was ready and were about out te door and she called to say someone had taked it and she didnt know where he went or when he would be back. We had to continue to follow up all day until it was back, it had scratches all over the console and split pop, the guys personal belongings were still in the suv. When we pointed out the scratched console we were told it needed to be replaced but they wouldnt do it, they would only take 200 off, this was no longer a new suv it had 3000 miles and wear and tear. At that point we just wanted to be done and we asked for a new one. We were told it would be there that night or next morning whcich it was not, afterr we had to call again.They had not even gone to pick it up from Kansas City. we called a few more times that day to see when it would be ready and she didnt return my husbands call so I called a few hour later and she didnt anser so i asked for a manageer and all of a suddne she was available and our suv was ready. This was a completely frustrating experience. I have the family and friends discount and we could have gotten then same price anywhere but we were afraid we would have to go through this again. More
