Robotic push for extended warranty. Went through the whole process of finding the right car. Settled on a new CX-5 and love the vehicle. Finally got to the end of our car buying journey. Then there was all this pressure to buy the extended warranty. Stated clearly that I had no interest - it's a new car. The financial manager continued to push hard and started calculating ways to include it in the repayments. We were set to walk away and said he would lose the sale. Laughably, the robot continued. Only stayed because of all the time we had put in. More
