Bad service Recently bought my Tahoe to get it checked out for the check engine light and service air bags light. Dropped it off on Saturday november 23 2019 by M Recently bought my Tahoe to get it checked out for the check engine light and service air bags light. Dropped it off on Saturday november 23 2019 by Monday 25they called me to get an aproval to work on it, I gave them the ok and never heard from them again. Called them back on Saturday the 30 and left a message but none got back with me. Called them on Monday December 2nd and talked to someone which took a message and again nobody got back with me, called them again on Tuesday December 3rd and same thing. Got so frustrated by Wednesday that I demanded to speak to someone or get some report of the progress on my car. They finally told me that there was no updates if it had been work on or not so just picked up my Tahoe and nothing was done to it. Worst experience I had, I've been there before and everything worked out just fine. More

Poor service time. I took my car in for minor service and it took them 10 hours to get me my car back. They told me my spark plugs didn't come in that were ordered 4 day I took my car in for minor service and it took them 10 hours to get me my car back. Lack of knowledge Technicians working on our vehicle had minimal knowledge of the problem on the hatch of our Acadia. More training and communication for technicians i Technicians working on our vehicle had minimal knowledge of the problem on the hatch of our Acadia. More training and communication for technicians is recommended or teamwork should be incorporated, because apparently another technician knew how to fix the problem he just wasn’t consulted. They service reps up front were professional and were understanding of our frustration. The GM Greg Barton was very helpful in getting the vehicle repaired. More

Worst dealership experience to date. . I’m not about to waste my day typing everything for nothing. Was treated poorly by the service department. Dropped off truck for an appointment at 8 . Dropped off truck for an appointment at 8:00 am and work didn’t even begin on it until I arrived to pick it up at 4:30. Brought up a transmission issue with service writer , and they say said they drove it, which is a lie, the mileage was exactly the same as I dropped it off. I took a picture to verify. More

Best Sales Woman Ever When Josie gave me a call I must be honest I didn’t think anyone could get me in a car, because my situation was tough. I laid out my issues when Jos When Josie gave me a call I must be honest I didn’t think anyone could get me in a car, because my situation was tough. I laid out my issues when Josie contacted me and a day later she told me to come by she may be able to get me into a vehicle. So I was a bit reluctant but I made the drive. I had been to a few dealers already so I really didn’t want to waste anymore time. I got there meet Josie she got some background info and began to work. She only showed me one vehicle but it was the one car I really needed, and tho I didn’t love the car at first, I loved the opportunity that the car offered me and the over all experience and care that she showed. Josie didn’t waste my time with cars getting my hopes up showing me vehicles that would not work for my situation, she got me into the car I needed and that was the important thing for me, now I love the vehicle because it helped me establish new credit and helped me out of a bad situation with my other lender which I hated, and for that I’m thankful beyond words.
