I had a pleasant experience with service at the Autoplex. I hate dealer service departments that try to pressure you into service up charges. I didn’t get that at all. Owner Tommy Gardner is a good communicator to his customer. Jesse Green is one of the best in the business regarding sales. I depend on Joe to help me with after factory warranties. And last but not least the service dept is very well organized. I can't remember the service manager's name but cause his dept does such a good job I don't need him to intervene.
