They were fine, but they did not go out of their way to earn my future business. I found the truck online, and had financing already, so they didn't have to work very hard for this sale. They could have replaced the clearly worn tires, fixed the chip in the windshield, not changed the story on the truck being certified when it wasn't, or gotten my wife's name correct on the title application...but they didn't do any of that. So if you are willing to do all of the work on your own and then hand over your money, they will probably be willing to accept it. More
