Ashley is a good Services advisor. He helped so much with my extended warranty services. He’s responsive and prompt. Knows how to get my claims done. Electrical, Exhaust- which still leaks, motor mount, transmission and water pump so far. I will not buy another. I will be going back to Dodge and Ford. I stopped by to get an oil change for my Tahoe, whiteout fussy making an appointment. Upon arrival at 9:30am, I was told there was a cancellation for 10:30am, so I decided to wait.
