Aransas Autoplex - Service Center

I had my vehicle a 2012 Chevy Equinox for almost 3 years. Had nothing but problems from the beginning. Had a oil consumption recall done on it. Then engine went out. I was a little aggravated by the fact that because it was a complementary visit I had to retrieve my own vehicle after the transaction was completed. I just felt that as a customer who dropped the vehicle off under the canopy, I should have been able to take possession under the canopy. I understand they where short handed but would not have minded being asked to wait for a few minutes to have my vehicle pulled around for me. More
