Made an appointment 3 days earlier.Showed up on time and it took over an hour for just an oil change. I could of done it myself in half the time and half the cost! Was a great experience. Had oil change and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Good price. Also on the vehicle inspection found I needed the engine and cabin air filters. The service manger, Ashley is a super guy. He treats his customers like he would want to be treated. I would follow him to another dealership if necessary. My only complaint was it took two hours for a si customers like he would want to be treated. I would follow him to another dealership if necessary.
