Had appointment to get oul change and had a recall. Was told be ready by 5 pm left it there. Was in AP at 4 wasn't ready. Told female service advisor not in hurry will pick up tomorrow . Went in next day a told be ready by 5 pm left it there. Was in AP at 4 wasn't ready. Told female service advisor not in hurry will pick up tomorrow . Went in next day and the truck was done and didn't charge me to wash. I offered to pay since I was not put out by not being ready. I explained I was retired and didn't need the truck and still wouldn't let me pay. A good down home dealership. Thanks More
