Dean has always been very straight forward, honest and friendly. He works hard every visit to make sure that I am satisfied and doesn't take advantage and get me to agree to services I don't need. In fact he has tried to save me money everytime and stands by his and your dealerships work. I normally stopped using dealers when a car is out of warranty or at a certain age but I will not do that with this car. More
