Fantastic purchase I called on a GMC Acadia on Saturday and ended up having them hold it for me until the following Friday. Mike Ayoub was very helpful getting everything set up. I was coming from out of state and would be trading in a vehicle. He kept in contact with me during the week and I felt completely at ease that they would not sell the vehicle before I got there. I arrived on Friday and they had the vehicle ready for me and even remote started it so I knew that the remote start worked. Mike gave me what he had promised for trade in value. I then went in to get the paper work done with Mike O'Connell and he was super to work with. I bought the extended warranty and I am very pleased with the price of the vehicle and the warranty. After the papers were signed Mike gave me a lovely gift and was out of the dealership in about 2 hours. I absolutely love my vehicle. I have been driving it so much I haven't had any time to write this review. Even though this dealership is 180 miles away I will probably check with them if I buy another vehicle. Positive, professional experience at this dealer! Met with both sales GM's, Michael and Lou. They both demonstrated an honest and yet professional character during my decision making process. Dale was my salesman and he also treated me this way. Dale even came in on his day off to greet me during my purchase. I would say the biggest thing was the lack of the stereotypical "pushy" sales techniques from all three of them. This was what kept me there and ultimately allowed me to decide to purchase my GMC sierra. None of these employees tried to push me into a sale. That's a big deal for a person like me. Last thing you need when trying to decide on a major purchase is some person putting full court pressure on you.. And thanks Bill in Finance for also continuing this same service. More
