However, I didn't need the 3-row seat configuration, so I looked at the smaller model -- the GMC Terrain Denali. Since I hadn't owned a GM product for many, many years, so I decided to "lease" versus "buy". To make a long story short, since my lease was coming to term in October, I had to acquire another car. Bottom-line, I was so pleased with the reliability, performance, and features of my 2013 Terrain Denali, I decided to "buy" a 2016 Terrain Denali, even though the basic car hadn't changed much since 2013, Likewise, my daughter and son-in-law were so pleased with their 2013 Acadia, they decided to lease a 2016 Acadia. In both cases, the sales staff at Sullivan (Phil Pilny, Aidan Pilny, and Dan Szwec) bent over backwards to craft deals for our family that met our respective needs. Thanks guys! Another reason for sticking with GMC and Sullivan was their top-notch maintenance service -- fast, efficient, and reliable -- with a car wash to boot! Of course, the only maintenance we ever needed were routine oil changes. With sales, service, and quality like this, it made no sense to look elsewhere! More

Another dealership tried to charge me $2,500 over the manufacturer's price, because he said high demand and low volume and that I would never find another car. I then went to Sullivan and they played no games. I highly respect Phil and this dealership they are true professionals and are honest nd friendly. It was a great experience dealing with Phil and I felt like family. More

In all the years I've been buying vehicles, it's been a refreshing change to meet someone who works FOR you, not against, when going through the whole car buying process. If it says anything, I live in Dekalb, but decided to come see Phil at Sullivan all the way in Arlington Heights just because of past experiences with the way he handled my purchases and the overall care he showed for me during those times.
