I took the car for a weekend test to see that it would work in my life and see how it functioned on a routine day. This is what sold it to me. Chris and the team supporting him made the purchase smooth. I feel that I received a fair deal and they worked to meet my price and monthly expenditure expectations. I used online resources, visited various dealerships, and decided that Sullivan Buick GMC was where I was going to start, and hopefully finish. When I walked through the doors, I was greeted warmly, and left to walk through the showroom and the lot. When it was obvious that I was ready to engage id dialogue, I was approached by Gabriel Szwec. There was no high pressure sales tactics, only a consultative approach to sales that was refreshing. With three young children, I explained to Gabriel that this next vehicle was for my wife, and we were looking to lease. Needless to say, Gabriel made this a great experience, helping us identify the properly outfitted vehicle, and working with us on a lease payment that met our needs. No pressure whatsoever, he was very helpful, patient, and thorough in every aspect. Within the hour we were there the deal was made, and we left very satisfied. We had to drive from MI and the only day we could make it was on Mike's day off. He came in and met us and was willing to help us even though he was supposed to be off.
