In response to this review posted buy chessieub1, He visited our store which in fact is over 230 miles away from his residence. I'm sure that he would be the first to say that he didn't drive that far because we were the highest prices around. The way to keep the price competitive is to not replace tires that are questionable or expensive power antennas that are stuck in the up position which doesn't affect the reception on the radio. This client also inspected the vehicle and signed off on a "As Is" rider that states: "We encourage you take this As Is vehicle and have it inspected at your expense by an outside source BEFORE you decide to purchase it. We have 7 independent mechanical shops within a 3 mile radius that would have been happy to check the vehicle out. We did speak to the customer and offered him A full refund and he decided that he was not interested in that. We did however order him an antenna and will ship it to him as soon as it comes in. The antenna WAS NOT an expensive power antenna, it was the XM antenna that they knew was broke. If not replaceing tires that are unsafe OR not making sure the vehicle had working brakes on all 4 wheels, they need to change the dealership policy. I was NEVER offered a chance to take the vehicle to an independent shop, as the vehicle was sitting in the delivery area when I arrived at the dealer, and was told it was ready to go, just needed some signatures and I would be on my way. So far, this "so called" deal has cost an extra $464.00, and they have yet to look at the steering wheel controls to see why they are not working. They did offer to have me bring the vehicle back, but at the time, I could not get away from work and deliver the car back to them, so I did advise I would have to keep the car, and they did advise they would send an replacement part for the antenna, which was the rubber boot.

UPDATE.. This dealer has been working with me to get my vehicle up to my satisfaction. On Oct 5th, the dealer authorized and paid for the vehicle to be repaired in my home town. After the repair was made, the car was 100% up to standards. This dealer has gone over & above to satisfy me after the deal. I change my review on Sullivan to all 5's.
