I wanted something that would meet my needs and budget for the future but was really not sure of which car it should be as I had driven a large SUV and was finding it hard to move to a smaller vehicle, to say the least I had not made up my mind at all and was looking for the right combination. I then met Gabe and that started my journey to find the right vehicle. He allowed me to do my own looking and get comfortable with the questions I would have during my search. We looked at several models and each time he would prepare different scenarios for me on the specifics and pricing of each vehicle. After making him aware of the final budget I had decided on, the model and equipment, he used every bit of possibility thinking and worked extremely hard to put a package together along with their Sales manager. The entire Sullivan team then worked to find something that worked for me. During the entire process Gabe kept me informed of the combinations we continued to research and never made me feel under pressure to buy before I was ready. I recently leased a '13 Terrain from the guys at Sullivan.. Previously, I had bought an Enclave with them. Once again they did not let me down. I was trading in my old truck and they gave me what Sullivan.. Previously, I had bought an Enclave with them. Once again they did not let me down. I was trading in my old truck and they gave me what a feel like was an extremely fair offer. From the research I did, they also gave me a great price on the Terrain I ended up leasing. But putting price aside, it was the way they handled themselves that really made me happy with the transaction. Gabe walked me though the Terrain and the options and helped guide me to a decision, but never pressuring me. "On this issue, if you want A, I'd go this way, if you prefer B, I'd go this way. But only you can decide if you want A or B". Thats a far cry from other dealers who say "Oh you HAVE to have XXX, with XXX usually being the more expensive choice". Dan was equally helpful, taking plenty of time to really understand my goals and expectations on pricing, time frame of ownership, future trade values etc. I was debating between buying used or leasing new, and Dan laid out facts and let me decide. In the end, he pointed things out that I hadn't thought of, never pushed me one way or the other, and gave me information I needed to make the choice myself. As I said in last years review, its hard not to sound like a shill when writing a positive review, but these guys deserve the recognition of the positive way they conduct business. My wife and I just purchased a GMC Terrain Denali from Sullivan Buick GMC and I want to say it was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever encountered. I usually rank buying a car just below Sullivan Buick GMC and I want to say it was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever encountered. I usually rank buying a car just below having a root canal so I enter the arena with that in the back of my mind. When I entered Sullivan Buick I was met by Jeremy and I told him I was interested in GMC Terrain Denali and wanted a booklet on the unit. Jeremy immediately gave me the booklet and took my contact information and I left. I was amazed that I was able to get exactly what I wanted, received clarification on a few items I had and didn't need to break down the door to exit. My wife and I then had a family emergency that would delay our further investigation into the Terrain for 5 or 6 weeks and I explained this to Jeremy. He kept a very low profile however he did let me know he was there to answer any questions when we were ready. Because of our situation I didn't have a set schedule and my wife and I walked into the dealership with out an appointment. Jeremy was busy but asked if we minded talking to Geoff and we agreed. Geoff explained the Terrain to my wife from the inside out. Then, something unheard of happened, I mentioned to Geoff what he thought of as a potential deal buster. I told Geoff we were going to tow the Terrain 4 down behind our motor home. I knew this was possible but before I could tell Geoff that I had checked he immediately went and brought a manual for the vehicle and proved to himself that it was possible. I had never experienced this level of customer care in my many, many car buying experiences. Anytime I called either Jeremy or Geoff in the weeks following that experience my questions were answered quickly and completely. When my wife and I decided on the equipment and color of the Terrain Denali the dealership didn't have it and now comes Dan into the sales process, his job was finding the exact model at another GMC dealer. His constant update calls kept my wife and I appraised to exactly what was happening and allowed us to go on with our life while the Sullivan crew were working for us. When we took delivery of our vehicle everything went smoothly and again Geoff took the time to explain the mystery of the onboard computer system to two senior citizens, I am sure he headed to the bar as we drove off. It is pretty normal now for automobile dealers to have flashy showrooms. Down through the years I have purchased cars from dealers that had great sales force and they may have had great customer service but this is the first time we experienced a great sales force that was also a great customer service department. We worked with three individuals, that certainly wanted to sell us a vehicle but worked hard to make sure it was the right vehicle. Thank you Mr. Sullivan, we will be back. More
I went into the dealership on 5/4/13 and Gaby was awesome to me. I initially went into the service department to have my 2011 Buick Regal serviced, but went home with a brand new 2013 Regal. Somehow I am paying less than before each month and have a better vehicle with some perks the other didn't have - touchscreen nav is nicer/easier to use and remote start included are just a couple of the upgrades from the '11 model, and it's like it was Christmas in May leaving in a car w/ no miles vs. the 33k I drove in with. Seriously, thank you Gaby. I did not plan on getting a car, but am happy I did and you made the experience painless. More

He never tried to rush us into making a purchase, which is something that we really appreciated. Once we made our decision he located a vehicle with all of the options we wanted and in the color that we had chosen. Then on his day off he personally went to inspect it and pick it up for us. If you are looking for a good deal and a positve buying experience you should stop by the showroom and ask for Matt. More
