I have to say, initially I was a bit concerned when looking at the construction going on and not able to find my way into the front door. But once I ran into JP the entire process went very smoothly. I was looking for a new SUV and JP was the used car salesman but helped me anyway as the new car guys were busy. He did not ask me to wait to meet with a new car salesman which would have added significant waiting time to my day. He jumped right in, knew quite a bit about the new car I was interested in and most importantly, was very pleasant and attentive. Once I was ready to discuss the purchase price I was even more pleased with the experience. There was no game playing, just an honest discussion on what I could afford and what price they could lease the car for. I realize car dealerships are not "not-for-profit" organizations and need to turn a profit as well. That said, what I don't like about the car buying experience is the waiting game dealers often play and there was none of that with JP. If he did need to step away and discuss additional scenarios with his manager, he let me know how long he would be gone and kept to that. I had a $ amount in mind for the car I wanted when I went to Sullivan and I walked away around that price with the car I wanted. After I was passed off to Finance to sign the papers there were no hidden costs and that process went quickly and smoothly as well. Very pleased with my experience. More

We picked this dealer initially because it was one of the couple closest to our home. They were both very nice, friendly, patient and truly the type of people one would want to deal with when making such a purchase. Further they were extremely kid friendly. He had all my paperwork organized, had my approval in tow, and even had the car ready for me to drive off the lot. In fact, I was in and out in less than an hour - when was the last time that happened to anyone buying a new/used car? I couldn't have asked for anything more. I went last Thursday afternoon to purchase a used car for my son who is turning 16. We had worked with Mark in the past and thought he was great. We found a used Envoy and my husband talked to Gary and Mark my son who is turning 16. We had worked with Mark in the past and thought he was great. We found a used Envoy and my husband talked to Gary and Mark on Saturday morning and told them we wanted the car. They said the bank we were using was closed until Monday and they would submit papers then. On Monday after calling multiple times, Gary and Mark wouldn't return our phone calls. The car was off the website and off the lot. I finally got a hold of Gary and he told me the car was sold on Saturday.. and you werent approved anyway. I questioned how that was possible as the bank didn't get our papers until today. He then told me that he didn't have to hold the car because we didn't put a deposit down!! Noone told us or asked us to put a deposit down. We told them we wanted to buy the car! Had they told us, we would have put down a deposit then! Gary was extremely rude. I told him that I would never purchase a vehicle from their lot again. He told me " Good! Go somewhere else, we don't want your business!". I am disgusted with this car dealership on how they not only talked to me but totally lied to me. I have an upset son, who can't believe a business can actually treat consumers this way! It was a great car and the price we wanted to pay! I would never want another consumer to be treated like the way we were treated! Mark still has never called us back! If Mark and Gary are this rude and dishonest with consumers, it makes me wonder if the whole organization practices in this manner! More

In fact I truly felt he wanted me to be happy and totally satisfied with my purchase. I bought a used 2001 Buick Century in April 2010. To date I've had to put $1800 in re"Steal" at this price because of the miles. The only Steal was the money the took from me. I've had to fix the window that dropped down in the door. The brakes and the coolant light came on and lucky me the intake gaskets are bad and mixing coolant and oil. The gas gauge is broken and I'm out of money so I cannot fix that one. They are dishonest people and I don't recommend them to anyone. More
We were looking for Cadillac SRX and found it here. We also looked at a Pontiac G6 and the new salesman, Jeff couldn't figure out how to work the convertible top. Jeff went to check with a Sales/Finance also looked at a Pontiac G6 and the new salesman, Jeff couldn't figure out how to work the convertible top. Jeff went to check with a Sales/Finance Rep to see if he could get a deal for us. Well the salesman said he couldn't do anything and looked at us like we were 21 year old kids. We received horrible service and he explained they are competitively priced and there was nothing he could do. The asking price was $20,614, we were willing to put down $10,000 although that information was not shared with the sales representative. Would not recommend going unless you go in khaki's and a polo and look like you have money. More
