Which one fits my budget? Which one is practical to my life? I had all these questions when I stopped by Sullivan the other day to look at different vehicles. Chris Lahey answered every single question when he let me test drive the Terrain. He assured me with his high knowledge of the Terrain's safety features. As Chris continued to show and demonstrate the different features the Terrain has I could definitely tell this car fits my personality. Then Chris worked hard to make sure the vehicle fit into my budget. I'm enjoying this vehicle more than any other vehicle I've owned and it's all thanks to Chris Lahey. I also know that if I need anything I can get in touch with several people over at Sullivan. Chris made sure I met and knew who to bring certain concerns or issues to. Its hard to write these things without sounding like a shill, but I'll give it a go... We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the guys at Sullivan. Took our time over two weeks, going back and shill, but I'll give it a go... We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the guys at Sullivan. Took our time over two weeks, going back and forth between different features, AWD vs FWD and even new vs used. Absolutely zero pressure, and no messing around with the prices, or on my trade. Offered me a very fair trade offer day one, and never wavered. Offered me competitive pricing from minute one, and that never turned into competitive pricing "with a catch". In the end, the guys helped me find the perfect car for our situation. We ended up with a 2010 Enclave and couldn't be happier. We spent about $6000-$8000 less than we had planned on going in (looking for a new Acadia) and got more features than we expected. These guys were beyond helpful in guiding us along the whole process. Of course, I did shop around to ensure I was getting a fair price on both the car and my trade. I'm a trader so I know about trying to squeeze a little bit out on every transaction. I truly feel I got as good or better a price than I would have with anyone else. Really though, it was the professionalism and respect that made this such a positive experience. As I said to Dan, not only was this a dealership I hope I can do business with again, but these were the type of guys I would be happy to have over to watch some football. In the week since we purchased the car, Gabe has followed up extensively to make sure we're happy and we are understanding how to use all the features. I also had a small question about something in the paper work, and they had the guy who gone through that with us immediately call, explain things, and offer to change some wording just to make me more comfortable. Wasn't anything major and they still went out of their way AFTER we had bought the car to make sure we were 100% happy. Certainly a nice touch, and makes me feel even better about our decision. Stand up people, fair pricing, no sliminess. Dan, Gabe, and Mark (and Lou on my trade) have my full recommendation. FYI I plan on posting this in a few other places as well. The guys have earned it. I stopped in Sullivan Buick/GMC in October 2011. I knew I would be purchasing a new vehicle before the year end. I was greeted by Jack Silverman a sales person who spent time with me and showed me several I would be purchasing a new vehicle before the year end. When the time came to purchase the vehicle my wife and I went to Sullivan rather than another dealer that was much closer to our residence. We were greeted again by Jack Sullivan and Nicole Soskin. Nicole found a Buick Enclave in their inventory that met our exact needs and specifications. The assistance provided, knowledge displayed and professionalism displayed made the entire purchase experience the best we have ever had. More

I was searching on the internet for a new vehicle. I wanted a GMC Arcadia or the Buick Enclave. I received an email from Sullivan Buick GMC. I decided to check out this dealership to see if I could qu wanted a GMC Arcadia or the Buick Enclave. I received an email from Sullivan Buick GMC. I decided to check out this dealership to see if I could qualify for one of the above vehicles. I met Mark Latta as I was walking into the showroom ( he was behind me walking in too). I asked for the internet person and he directed me to her office. I told her I was interested in a vehicle, but I didn't know how my credit was. She directed me to Mark Latta and he worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for my budget. I looked at a 2011 GMC Arcadia (Certified Pre=Owned). I had not bought a used car since 1972 when I got out of the U.S. Navy, all my cars since 1972 were brand new until now. Mark explained what Certified Pre-Owned meant and had the vehicle I purchased brought up in front of showroom to see and test drive. Chris Bentley took me for the test drive and I was impressed with his knowledge of this vehicle. I am a GM Owner, I traded in my 2004 GMC Envoy HUV with 185,000 miles. I love GM Vehicles (Thank You Mr. President Obama for saving General Motors) and I love OnStar. After the test drive Chris explained the features in this vehicle. I met with Mark again and told him I wanted this vehicle and was impressed with the warranty and the equipment in this vehicle. The next day I went to sign the papers and pickup my 2011 GMC Arcadia. I met with the Finance Guy Gerald Hamilton let me tell you about this experience. Gerald was a true professional with great people skills working this job. I've had Finance Guys during my time of buying cars that I didn't trust as far as I could throw them. Gerald Hamilton is in a class by himself for being the right person for this type of job. Thank You Gerald, Mark & Chris for a job well done. I recommend everyone at least once in your lifetime of purchasing a new or used vehicle to stop first at Sullivan Buick GMC, it probably will be your only stop for purchasing a vehicle. I'm now a customer for life at this dealership and I will tell all my family and friends this is the place to go when purchasing you next vehicles.
