Would like to commend Geoff on excellent customer service. I was searching for a used Silverado or GMC Sierra and found one online at your dealership. It is highly unlikely that I would ever ventur service. I was searching for a used Silverado or GMC Sierra and found one online at your dealership. It is highly unlikely that I would ever venture out of my own community (Kenosha, WI) to make a large purchase as I am concerned about future service of vehicle etc.. But after meeting Geoff and other members of the dealership including Gerald I was put at ease about service due to the fact that they explained in detail the benefits of a GM Certified used vehicle. I can have it serviced at any reputable GM dealership. I will however consider traveling back to Arlington Heights for routine maintenance to keep my business where I feel comfortable and although set for a while in the vehicle dept. I will definitely return to Sullivan Buick/GMC for future purchases. Thanks again Geoff for not making this vehicle purchase a 'painful' experience as I have had a few in my years of car buying.
