I brought my new vehicle (700 miles) in because of an off-center steering wheel/steering problems and a couple of other minor issues. I was in and out in two hours but the work was not thorough. The wr off-center steering wheel/steering problems and a couple of other minor issues. I was in and out in two hours but the work was not thorough. The write-up states the front and rear toe needed to be corrected. The steering wheel is now centered. However, shouldn't there have been a tire balancing? The ride still feels off. Also, the sunshade is making a "binding" noise when closing. The write-up says the track was lubed. Maybe it was but the noise is still there. They are ordering a replacement aluminum piece for the steering wheel (scratches) so I will be returning for that to be put in. I guess I'll just have to plan on staying there longer for them to re-investigate the other two issues. More

I love that this is still a family owned business! Even though my vehicle is a "soon-to-be" classic, the Sullivan family's grand daughter Amy welcomed me with open arms. The service experience was great, too. My main concern was that because the vehicle was a 15 year old Pontiac G6 Hardtop convertible that there were technicians still employed who had worked on this type of vehicle in the past and were familiar with it. They did not disappoint as they got my top working again and quickly. While it was explained to me that the problem was fixed it was also mentioned upon picking up the vehicle that more work may need to be done to it in the future. While no customer wants to hear that, I appreciated the honesty of the service advisor. I understand the reluctance to do a deeper analysis because parts might break during a more in-depth investigation, due the age of the vehicle. My only hope is that should any future servicing become necessary on the vehicle (especially the top and its operation), that I will be welcomed back as a valued customer, rather than as a liability.
