Was referred to AH Buick/GMC from another GM dealer due to their service expertise with Pontiac vehicles. The convertible roof and trunk was inoperable on my 2007 Pontiac G6. Service Consultant Keas listen to their service expertise with Pontiac vehicles. The convertible roof and trunk was inoperable on my 2007 Pontiac G6. Service Consultant Keas listened to my service issues and was able to present several options for me to consider. Bottom line the part that needed to be replaced was no longer available but after consulting with Service Tech Efrain a solution was reached that allowed me to use the trunk. I am truly relieved that a solution was found. During the repair, I was kept abreast(David)of progress and even met with Service Tech Efrain to view the complexity of the repair.
