I was on time for my appointment and was immediately assisted as I entered the service Garage. I was there for an oil change and Zaia helped me. I told him I didn't want the tires to be checked, as I assisted as I entered the service Garage. I was there for an oil change and Zaia helped me. I told him I didn't want the tires to be checked, as I use Nitrogen in them. The wait wasn't too long, and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. I had a couple questions which Zaia answered perfectly. All in all, I'd say this was a great visit. Thanks! More

It was an incredibly disappointing experience. After my first appointment I was told that I would be contacted three days later once the part was in and painted. Nobody called me and I had to follow up on my own. Upon my attempt to follow up I was basically ignored. I was told on two separate occasions that Chris would get back to me and he never did. I had to escalate this to a manager who threw her hands up and said she had no idea why nobody ever contacted me. More
