I brought my car in to fix a headlight. I was told it would be an hour wait, and that the light may be covered by warranty. After an hour and a half, I was informed by the service attendant that it was n would be an hour wait, and that the light may be covered by warranty. After an hour and a half, I was informed by the service attendant that it was not, then I waited another hour and a half for them to replace it. How many service attendants does it take to change a lightbulb? Apparently it takes 3 hours. More

I asked how long my oil change would be and I was told an hour. I waited two hours. I understand if there’s a worker shortage but it would be nice to have someone check in with me to let me know it’s taking hour. I waited two hours. When I drop off my car there’s usually someone there that comes to my car to welcome me. Also, a dealer would usually walk me through what will happen when I drop off my car.
