I usually deal with Dave Hetzel in service and I cannot say enough about Dave's professionalism and patience in explaining everything and keeping the customer abreast of the work progress. Service manager, Mike Baker, does an excellent job overseeing this department and is always available to assist. Both Mike and Dave are wonderful assets to the Sullivan Buick Team. Dave Hetzel is Excellent! I've been servicing my cars at Sullivan, Arlington Heights for over 15 years. I have also purchased two vehicals and traded in one , and sold one. I feel that they were very fair on the purchases and sales. Regarding servicing, I prefer Sullivan, even though others may cost a little less. I usually call or ask for Dave Hetzel. He is always very patient in answering my many questions, and thorough in explaining what needs to be done, and also what doesn't need to be done! I trust him. He is also pleasant and willing to take extra steps to help. I also deal with Rose once in awhile, and she has the same qualities as Dave. No knock on anyone else... I just don't know them as well, but all the service people seem very competent and accommodating. Back to Dave Hetzel... I think that you have a high quality employee there. Service Dept. Beyond Compare I bought my 2008 LaCrosse at sullivan in Arlington Heights, back in Sept, 2008 simply because it had the exact model with options that I wanted. Excellent Customer Service from Dave Hetzel I brought my Buick Lacrosse in for service today to have a 'ding' punched out. Dave Hetzel was my Service Advisor. He went the extra mile by touching up the spot with paint. I can't even see where it is !! Dave has been my Service Advisor a number of times. He is always very concerned about pleasing me and taking care of my service needs. He is always courteous, knowledgable, and truly is a perfect example of "service after the sale." I feel very comfortable leaving my car with Dave and implicitly trust him. Great Overall Experience My experience at Sullivan Buick GMC and especially with Mike Ayoub was an awesome one. I went in not sure whether I was actually going to purchase a My experience at Sullivan Buick GMC and especially with Mike Ayoub was an awesome one. I went in not sure whether I was actually going to purchase a car. I was a first time car buyer and didn't know the steps to actually purchasing one in my name. Mike was friendly from the moment I first contacted him to inquire about the vehicle. He responded fast and very honestly to all my questions and inquiries. One of the things that really stuck out for me was on my way down to the dealership to "just look at the vehicle and see if I liked it." The morning of my visit Mike Ayoub called me and told me he was excited to meet me and show me the vehicle and that he had gotten it all cleaned up and looking nice and ready for me. He also warned me that there was another customer that wanted to come look at it that day so I should come as early as possible. With a near 2 hour drive ahead of me, I informed him that it would take awhile to get down to the dealership. Mike called me every couple hours to inform me on the other client and his whereabouts to determine if it was worth my trip. When he called me the last time before I arrived, he only called me to tell me the other guy decided he was going to come on Monday and that I didn't need to rush any longer. (Many dealers would have still tried to rush me there to get on with the process) When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by many employees. Being the last day of the month, and the busiest, people were everywhere but Mike was there to greet me with a cold water for my friend and I and show me to the car. He let me take a look at the vehicle then gave me some time to look through anything I wanted without the pressure of him standing there. I quickly decided that I had a change of heart and I wanted the vehicle. When I told Mike he was very happy and extremely helpful getting everything done. I couldn't be happier with my service and my new vehicle. More
