We were looking for a specific vehicle that was listed on their website at a great deal and he quickly got the keys for us so we could look at it and take it for a drive. Upon our return, he was busy with another customer so he introduced us to Tim who helped us through the buying process. I have purchased over a dozen vehicles in the past and this was by far the easiest and lowest stress experience of them all. Tim was outstanding and I would highly recommend auto city to anyone. All of the cars on the lot looked in great condition. I will be returning the next time I'm looking for a vehicle. PS: the next day, their master mechanic also took 30 minutes to go over some questions I had about the vehicle at no charge. Excellent service! More

Once I narrowed it down to a few and started thinking about test drives, I came to an interesting conclusion: every single one was with Auto City. I settled on a BEAUTIFUL 2013 Ford C Max Hybrid that is in EXCELLENT condition. The asking price was actually below the KBB value, their insurance package was a steal at $2000 for 36 mo, the APR on my loan was INSANELY low (8.4% on someone with a credit history less than a year old), super affordable GAP insurance, and they even filled the tank with gas. The whole process was stress and pressure free. If you're even remotely considering purchasing a used car, you can trust Auto City to give the best bang for your buck! More

When I bought my first car I felt like I was making a blood pact with the devil and signing away my first born. After yelping, and talking with family I was sent to auto city and searched for victor. I had heard and read nothing but positive remarks about him and hopefully could find what I was looking for. Victor was everything they had said and more. From the minute he said hello I felt comfortable, he explained everything in detail and was knowledgeable about what I wanted. When it came to the paperwork and finding a loan everything went so easy it was hard to believe . I left with an amazing vehicle, a clear understanding of what I needed and the guys are so upfront and honest about their vehicles they didn't even budge when I connected my code scanner and checked under the hood. I had an amazing experience and have recommended auto city and victor in particular to everyone I know! More

I would definitely recommend Frasier Heaton and Auto City to anybody looking to buy a new or used car. In fact I have already given Fraser's name to a couple people looking to buy a car. I have wanted a Toyota RAV 4 for several years, but ended up with a different vehicle the last two times I bought a car. This time I got the kind of car I've wanted for a very long time, thank you Fraser! I did go to other dealerships, including my local Toyota dealership in order to find the car I would be happy with and in my price range. Not only did Auto City have the exact car I wanted, they beat all the other dealers prices greatly. Even though I purchased a used car for myself this time, Auto City detailed my car and it looked almost brand new. The additional options that came stocked with my car such as: a back up camera, blue tooth for my phone and touchscreen for the radio stations are all above and beyond my expectations, yet I throughly enjoy each of these and use them. Thank you Fraser for being so honest, yes I did compare your prices to other places and you beat all the others.
