I had heard and read nothing but positive remarks about him and hopefully could find what I was looking for. Victor was everything they had said and more. From the minute he said hello I felt comfortable, he explained everything in detail and was knowledgeable about what I wanted. When it came to the paperwork and finding a loan everything went so easy it was hard to believe . I left with an amazing vehicle, a clear understanding of what I needed and the guys are so upfront and honest about their vehicles they didn't even budge when I connected my code scanner and checked under the hood. He handed us the keys and left us on our own to test drive the vehicle. We took our time and were able to test the different features of the Escape. We were sold on the vehicle, but somewhat dreading the thought of the long negotiations of trade-in value and financing.
