My husband and I went t trade in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee, we traded it in for a 2004 Acura MDX. First off I continued to tell my husband that the car was over priced which they didn't even want to give you a we traded it in for a 2004 Acura MDX. We had people continuously pressure us about making the payments as low as we needed them. To make a long story short I drove the car off the lot and it didn't accelerate like I pushed on the gas peddle and the car went no where then to make it worst I pressed the breaks and they failed to work. I turned around and had them drive it and they guy said you are right the truck does need breaks but it shifts really well you might have had it in between gears. so he tells me to bring the truck back on Monday so away I go. I gets on the parkway North and the truck does it again and does all kind of crazy noises through out the remainder of the night. SO COME MONDAY MORNING I WILL BE TAKING THIS TRASH BACK TO LOMAN AUTO AND GETTING MY TRUCK BACK. THIS CAR CLEARLY NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION AND I WON'T BE THE ONE TO BE PAYING FOR IT. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A GOOD PRICE FOR YOUR TRADE IN AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. Michael and the sales manager Julio were extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. They took the time to listen and understand my needs and wants. I went there last week and really liked the vehicle I test drove. The price seemed rather high so I wanted to shop around a little. I told the salesperson and he said i have to speak to the manager. They held the keys to my trade and made me feel like I was a prisoner after 15 minutes of being pressured by two men I finally got my keys and I'm glad I did because I got a brand new car for the same price. STAY AWAY!!! More
THIS PLACE SUCKS!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF 2 FACED PPL. THE STAFF IS PATHETIC, THEY LOOK REALLY GHETTO AND CLUELESS. I WAS PROMISED OVER THE PHONE THAT THEY HAD 200 CARS AND ABOUT 40 SUVS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A GMC ACADIA, I SHOW UP AND THEY HAVE BARELY 20 HIDEOUS CARS. THEY HAD 2 CROSSOVERS AND ALL OTHER CARS LOOK LIKE RENTALS. SOME SHORT GUY TOLD ME HE WAS THE BUSINESS MANAGER AND KEPT ASKING ABOUT MY CREDIT WITHOUT LETTING SALESMAN SHOW ME A CAR I LIKE. ALL THEY ASK FOR IS CREDIT. LITTLE DID HE KNOW I HAVE AN A1 CREDIT. I HAPPENED TO GO THERE BECAUSE MY ENTIRE FAMILY BOUGHT CARS FROM THERE BUT THEY GOT DROPPED BY FORD AND KIA BECAUSE HOW DIRTY AND SCUMMY THEY ARE. NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE More

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra back in November. I originally wanted a Rogue and I wasn't too picky about the year/2008-current. I was told I couldn't purchase the 2009 rogue because I didn't have enough of a down payment even though I was gonna put down 2500.00 on a 8000.00 vehicle?? They instead pushed me into buying the Sentra which an 13,000?????!!! I decided to settle bc the mileage was a lot less. They let me sign everything and I took it home same night. *****about 4 days later they called me while I was in south jersey bc m mother was in the hospital and they told me I had to bring the car down RIGHT AWAY bc "it didn't go threw" and they needed to do an audit?????? really??? FOR WHAT?? I told them I was over 2 hours away and my mother was in the hospital and they continued to threaten me and my fiancé by phone about 30 times over the next 2 weeks. Everyone called me in the office threatening to come get the car. So, I called the bank to see if things didn't go threw and they had NONE of my info at all which simply tells me they were trying to BAIT AND SWITCH. I luckily am very familiar with this bc m father was a car salesman for years and always warned me about this stuff...god rest his soul. SO.............BASICALLY I CALLED A LEMON LAW LAWYER AND SHE CONTACTED THEM AND WAS NICE ENOUGH TO "THREATEN" THEM BACK SAYING SHE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO DO. NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. THIS IS NOT NORMAL AND THERE AE SO MANY OTHERS TRUSTWORTHY PLACES!!!!!!!!! MY TIPS FOR PURCHASING A VEHICLE: #1. ALWAYS GET PAPERWORK THAT YOU SIGNED AND RECEIPT FOR YOUR DEPOSIT AND HOLD ONTO IT TIGHT!!!!! #2. IF YOU ARE TRADING IN A VEHICLE ALWAYS REMOVE EVERTHING FROM YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING SO YOU DONT HAVE TO GO BACK AND BE PRESSURED! 3.
