I purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan from this dealer prior I purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan from this dealer prior to the summer. This was a 16 year old truck and sold "as is". The truck looked phenomenal and I purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan from this dealer prior to the summer. This was a 16 year old truck and sold "as is". The truck looked phenomenal and had very low miles for its year. Unfortunately being an older truck there were a few issues that had to be taken care of. I contacted Bob to see if there was anything he could do to help me. We had a very professional and productive conversation we both came to the realization that with a used vehicle sometimes you never know what could go wrong. Without getting into particulars Bob and his son proceeded to go above and beyond to try to make some of the wrongs right, and they did!! And these wrongs were no fault of either of ours Auto Direct Cars or myself. To this day I am very happy with the truck it is a fine vehicle but I am more happy at the way I was treated by Bob and his son, you don't see that too often and I am very very appreciative of what he did for me. They are very kind people and after this experience and seeing what they did for me I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a nice vehicle, professional service and to be treated fairly. One of the few places that I can say truly does care about the customer's experience and the customer being satisfied thank you Bob. More
