Needless to say I was very impressed at my first interaction with this dealer. We made an appointment to come down the next day. After taking the two hour trip to see the vehicle we arrived at the dealership and my second impression was better than my first. The Dealership was strikingly clean and organized and the facility was state of the art. We decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot since it was even better than described in the ad. I was looking for a pickup on line and came across a 2016 F350 pickup at auto direct. When I went to look at it I found it to be in mint condition. Even the owner came to meet us and tell us about the dealership. As we worked towards the sale, I dealt directly with the owner. There was no “let me go talk to my boss” BS. The owner worked with me and give me discount on warranty coverage being I was a firefighter. When I came to pick up the truck it was detailed and half a tank of gas was in it. My overall experience was very relaxed and friendly. Like dealing with family. Lastly all the cars on the lot looked like new even if they were used. More
