Five Star Used Car Dealership! Like most people, I dislike the process of purchasing a vehicle. While driving off of a lot in a new car is exciting, dealing with pushy salespeople, Like most people, I dislike the process of purchasing a vehicle. While driving off of a lot in a new car is exciting, dealing with pushy salespeople, shady selling practices, and over-priced vehicles is not. I was in the market for an older Dodge Ram in good condition with lower mileage, and most of what I was finding was out of my price range. I found online, an '02 Ram being sold by Auto Direct that was exactly what I had been looking for. I tend to steer away from the 'buy here, pay here' type of auto dealerships because many, I feel, are less than reputable. But when I saw the number of rave reviews, and discovered that this dealership had been voted 'Dealer of the Year' for several years in a row, I decided to pay Auto Direct a visit. After my test drive, I decided to purchase this Ram truck. From the time I walked onto the lot, until the moment I was handed over the keys, I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. There was no trying to convince me to buy a different, higher priced vehicle; or pushing me to purchase unnecessary add-ons. There were no trips back and forth between my salesman and the sales manager haggling over the price. The entire process was easy and streamlined. Auto Direct is a family owned and operated business that has been selling cars for over 60 years. That fact, in and of itself, speaks volumes! Bob, the owner, is open and friendly, and wants to welcome his customers into his family of car owners. Doug, who handled our paperwork and financing, was a joy to work with. He was patient, and explained everything in detail, even though it was past closing time, and other customers were waiting to speak to him. I not only highly recommend Auto Direct; I will, one day, be a repeat customer there, myself. More

The selection of vehicles is huge and a large inventory suggests a company that is in the business of selling a quality product not in trying to pull the wool over someones eyes. Doug and Chad fought tooth and nail to get us the financing that worked best for us and our budget and Bob constantly made sure we were enjoying our experience. My husband called auto direct and the staff was very friendly over the phone and provided over the information as well as went over the requirements of financing a vehicle. When we got to auto direct to our surprise there was a huge selection. Turn down was my husband's credit had some issues in which was a little difficult to get past. However the sales staff did everything in Thier power to get us in a vehicle. Not only did we get a newer vehicle we were not expecting they made our monthly budget and down payment happen.
