Just purchased clean mazda3 Shopping online for a mazda3 and I saw the reviews for this site. Came to dealership and met bob. After looking around lot I decided on 08 hatchback. I've been doing my research on dealershipsome in my area for a few months, and when the time came to buy a new car, my husband and I chose to go to to Auto Direct Cars first (not fully knowing what to expect). What I found noteable, and was our first impression, was that you are free to browse the vehicles and no one is hunting you down trying to sell you anything. When we found the vehicle that we wanted, we took it for a test drive, fell in love, and went inside to talk turkey. This was the most relaxed purchasing experience I have ever had. Doug was awesome and really went to bat to get us the best deal for our new vehicle, and he did. Bob really cares about his business and it shows. He was thoughtful and accomidating through out the process. I was very relaxed and never once felt pressure. I was prepared to have to be on gaurd, and i never needed to. That is what (beyond our new car) impressed me the most. We simply picked out the vehicle we wanted, and purchased it with no problems. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, I feel comfortable and excited knowing that we'll be coming back to see our friends here at Auto Direct. We are so grateful.
