I call him up not the other way around which I love asking if it's still available he says yes. I then go in the next day to check out the car and I'm greeted by Doug and Chad they showed me the car and it was more than what I expected. Super clean, exactly how it was described, and above all us they treated me with the utmost respect. I'm a first time buyer and this experience was so painless and easy. After talking with Bob, Mike & Chad I brought my son there to look at cars and he decided to buy a beautiful 2011 Mazda 3s Touring at a great price. The deal was easy to complete at a good interest rate. The car had 93k miles so we bought an NAC warranty for it too. Luckily when the stereo system failed we had it repaired at their service partner's shop. The repair was correct and prompt and it was covered by the warranty in full, except for a few diagnostic hour charges. When Bob found out he jumped in to cover the extra cost himself to stand by the car he sold us. I was pleasantly surprised. In summary, I was very happy with Auto Direct LLC and only by used cars, so I will be checking with them when my family needs the next car. THANKS Bob, Mike & Chad! More

When i visited his site, Bob, his son Chad, and employee Doug were very friendly and didn't pressure me into anything i didn't want. The truck was in better condition than i imagined. He gave us time on our own to look then offered us to take test drive. Both of these gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. No pressure at all and offered to help us in any way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. It's a family owned business and you feel very comfortable as soon as you arrive.
