They were GREAT!! I purchased a blue 2005 Mazda 3 about a week ago. I brought it back to have minor things worked on it (ex: a fog lightbulb). Bob was very helpful and friendly when I brought my car back. He made sure I was leaving with a great working car. I heard a loud noise in the back in the trunk area of my car. He had one of his mechanics look at my car. They then realized that it was a shock problem. They ordered me a new one right there and fixed it for me. I did not even have a appointment but Bob somehow fit me in last minute. After they fixed the shock on my car, Bob rode with me around the block to be sure that the noise had stopped completely. They fixed minor details on my car free of charge. I am very grateful and happy that I purchased my car from this dealership. If you are looking for a car go to AUTO DIRECT CARS!!!! :) More
