Hideous experience We drove out to Auto Direct today to see two cars. We made an appt. with the owner, Bob, who was very nice on the phone. When we got there, however, no one was aware of our appointment and the salesman, Mike, was incredibly rude. He didn't seem at all interested in a selling car to us. When we asked him how the tires were on one car, he kicked one and said "seems ok to me." He showed us one car that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we couldn't even get in. When we mentioned this he shrugged and suggested you can't expect much from used cars, even though the non-negotiable prices were not particularly low. The other car we saw had big stains on the roof. He said they would paint but was vague about when this would happen. Another guy came with us on a test drive and didn't say a word. When we mentioned that the channels on the radio didn't show up on the screen, he said he'd take a look but never did. It is hard to believe that this dealership won an award. More

Simply The Best After having a horrible experience with a dealership (will keep the name confidential) i decided to give autodirectcars a call. i spoke to Bob, and he After having a horrible experience with a dealership (will keep the name confidential) i decided to give autodirectcars a call. i spoke to Bob, and he told me to come down and see what they're about. he said he will be on vacation at the time, but his son Chad will take car of me. i came down the next monday. i was looking for a mercedes for a good deal. if i could not find the right mercedes, i would settle for a bmw. after test driving a 5 series bmw, i just did not like the feel of it. this is when chad said " i have something you would like" this is when a worker there drove around in a pearl white mercedes e350 4matic. Exactly what i was looking for. after test driving it, i fell in love instantly. The staff there was happy because i was happy. after discussing business with chad, he sold me the vehicle for an excellent price. i had some credit issues in the past, but the staff worked hard to get me approved, and they did. 3 months later, i love my benz as if it were my child! drives beautiful. n o issues. Chad also told me if i were to ever have an issue, to give him a call. i would recommend this dealership to anyone thats serious about buying a reliable vehicle and build their credit at the same time. These guys are just awesome!!!! plain and simple................. More

I was actually recommended by 2 friends of the family , and I am so glad I was able to go there and found great decent car at a reasonable price. Next time I need to buy a car , I will definitely go back to them More

I first came about three years ago, brought a buick lesabre with under 50,000 miles and loved everything My experience was great here with the guys. I first came about three years ago, brought a buick lesabre with under 50,000 miles and loved everything about the car. I recently came back again and wanted to upgrade to something a little bit more modern. So I came back and the same great guys were still here to help me. ( Chad, Doug, and his father Bob) everything was such a great experience as the first time. I also got financed with even a better APR and they also help build my credit from three years ago. Now I was able to get a lexus es 330 with under 80,000 miles and still riding smooth. They have been like friends of family, trustworthy, honest, and very helpful with any of my concerns or issues.
