I would recommend anyone to shop at auto direct . They give you great service ; they walked me through everything I needed to know about my car , there was a few minor things that had to be taken care of I took it back and they fixed everything that needed to be done and I wouldn't have asked for better service . Both Bob and Chad were a pleasure to work with and in the future if I was looking to get another car I will definetly come back again . They are also just like family when i went to fill out my paperwork it was very comfortable and they make you feel like your at home . More

Doug is the greatest!! I love my new VW I have been searching for a car for over 6 months now and I was starting to give upon the process. The sales staff was easy going and friendly and made the car buying experience the best that I have been involved with. I also received a call from the owner thanking me and wishing me all the best with the car. I've never had that done before. That to me was great. It showed me he cares about the cars that he sells. We drove from PA to check it out and loved the car. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, Bob and Chad were nice enough to stay open late and help us get squared away since we lived quite a distance away. The financing was great through Chad. The approval time was super fast and we got a great rate for a used vehicle. After a week of owning the car, we encountered a problem and took it to a garage. It was determined that a spark plug and coil was defective. After calling Bob and explaining the situation, he told us to get it repaired and he would handle the bill. He stood by his word and we are still very appreciative of how he took care of us. We now have had the car for four months and couldn't be happier! From looking at the car through the entire buying process, the entire staff was great! Would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle.
