When my husband and I decided on a car, Chad went to great lengths to get us a really good interest rate on our loan. I have never seen anything like it! Nothing was hidden; he made all the phone calls right in front of us and didn’t give up until he got the lowest rate possible. Furthermore, there was something wrong with the original car we purchased—it just happened to have a recall on that year’s model—they worked with us to get us a deal on another car that we had looked at that was a little out of our price range. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

I was a little skeptical going in to Auto Direct Cars after having had such bad experiences with car dealerships. But from the minute my daughter and I stepped onto the lot to test drive a 2006 Kia Spectra (which was immaculately clean!) to the final handshake with Bob after purchasing the car it was overall the best car buying experience I have had. I even waited a couple of weeks to write this review expecting the worse, but the car is running strong and my mechanic was really surprised at how great a shape it was in. The license and registration arrived at the time it was promised and the car passed inspection with flying colors. My daughter is happy with the car and I am thankful to the Auto Direct Cars team for selling me a reliable car and making it such a pleasant process. This is truly a family owned business with family values. They treated my daughter and I with respect and honesty. I'm so glad to have found this place and will surely be back for future car purchases. More

We went on cars.com and found this vehicle for thousands less than others on the Internet. It was very close so we decided to go in for a test drive. From our past car buying experience as we were prepared for pressure and a sneaky salesman. To our surprise the people there were so nice and welcoming with no pressure. They let us test drive several vehicles and when we left without making a decision did not call us, or harass us. We continue to shopping around for a week before we went back to make the deal. When we came back they were pleasant and welcoming and gave us a fantastic price without trying to sell us on any extras. This was the best car buying experience that I've ever had and I'm 37 years old and have purchased several cars. After we got the vehicle home we noticed a few things that we didn't notice on the test drive, so we called the dealership and to our surprise they told us to bring the car in immediately and fixed both of the issues within a day free of charge and even detailed our vehicle again. I will only shop from Auto Direct from this point on. Our Acura TSX runs great and is a nice addition to the family. Kudos to Auto Direct for their professionalism and courtesy. They were able to answer all of my questions and were patient. They didn't stop until they were able to help me get the vehicle that I wanted. They made sure they I stayed within a reasonable budget. They weren't pushy, like other dealerships. They took there time to make sure that I left without a doubt and that the vehicle was ready to go. They are friendly there. Being that I am from the south, I even managed to get a hug. I enjoyed my time there and I encourage and recommend any one who needs a vehicle to stop there first. It will be their last stop. The staff at Auto Direct were willing to work with me and my hectic schedule. They sent me an extra key to the vehicle as well. More

When I seen the Dodge Ram 1500 Quad SLT online come across I was in disbelief and skeptical to say the least at first ! It was a gorgeous truck that was pictured there with EVERYTHING I had searched endlessly for but with a price tag and mileage that seemed too good to be true .. I showed my husband and his first words were "red flags" , no way , must be a misprint or that truck has major issues ... So I ran the carfax and we were still in disbelief .... Perfectly maintained one owner truck with not ONE THING that wasn't perfect ! I continued on to the actual website www.AutoDirectCars.com and to our delight there WERE SEVERAL AWESOME VEHICLES that also fit exactly what I searched endlessly for right there in Delran NJ. It was a Sunday and I immediately inquired about 3 BEAUTIFUL TRUCKS with pricing that was amazing , and all were showing perfect Carfax's . I found an Avalanche as well that I wanted too. I Continued to search all day to compare similar vehicles thru out the whole tri-state area and NO ONE , NO WHERE had anything near as nice , near the pricing , and had double the mileage FOR a lot more $$$$! To my delight I received a call first thing Monday morning from the owner himself who was accommodating, knowledgeable, more than helpful and seemed like a real genuine person and not like many of the salesman I've dealt with over the past.. We set up.a time to go and were welcomed by him and his son Chad like family coming to visit. No pushy salesman. The experience itself was AMAZINGLY STRESS FREE ! We were given free range to browse Without being harassed by salesman and ALL THREE OF THE TRUCKS were right there together and we spent time alone checking each one over and they were all so BEAUTIFUL, clear info on each one , it was a tough choice and we were extremely happy and impressed We drove them , picked the classy , two tone beige/ ( pearl) silver Ram 1500 Quad SLT 5.7 hemi , chromed up , with brand new tires with awesome rims . Loaded truck that presents like brand new inside n out , but it was 2004 !!! With only 60, 000 miles !!! Chad sat us down printed out car fax , got me an incredible finance deal with gap coverage , low interest , warranty , talked to my insurance company , gave us $1000 off sticker without asking because I already knew the DEAL I was getting ! We ended up with this incredible ride for less than $15,000! The owner and his son and this family business made what for me was going to be a very stressful transaction a very pleasant, upfront , feel good experience!! I not only highly recommend them , I will be going back very soon to purchase another vehicle and will be taking my family there as well ! Thank you Auto Direct , Bob and Chad ! Of course as soon as we left we took our new truck out to visit everyone and even to the legion where everyone was just as amazed as we are! More
